Introducing Dion Neill

Our founder and managing director, Dion Neill is a strong advocate for raising the benchmark of service delivery and professional standards within the New Zealand security industry. His career began following a period of service in the New Zealand defence forces, he was extensively trained by former military, intelligence and law enforcement personnel.
 
Dion attended the private training establishment of the Royal New Zealand Police College and gained a Certificate in Investigation Skills. He was certified as a fraud examiner and achieved a NZQA National Certificate in Security (including providing personal protection), Certificate in Executive Protection (USA), Level IV Certificate in Security Operations (Australia) and Diploma of Security and Risk Management (Australia) along with a number of other credentials.
 

Following his time as a first responder, Dion was offered a senior management position with a large security company. He was responsible for managing a team of over 300 frontline security staff. Dion was assigned to protect a prominent business owner from serious threats of violence. This assignment was the catalyst for Dion to further develop his interest in providing high-level security, executive care and personal protection services. 

You’re in very safe hands! Dion and his associates have worked in some of the world’s most volatile regions including Asia and Middle East. Dion personally managed the security for a New Zealand sports team during a tour of South Africa. Dion is a recipient of the New Zealand Defence Forces Service Medal, St John Service Medal and Long Service Award from the Wellington Free Ambulance.
