Leadership 

Founder and Managing Director, Dion Neill launched his career in 1987 as a field agent, process server, security provider and private investigator. Today, he stands as a leading advocate for elevating professional standards and operational benchmarks across the sector. Dion began his career in the New Zealand Defence Force and emergency services, receiving advanced training from former military, intelligence, and law enforcement personnel.

Professional Credentials 

  • Royal New Zealand Police College: Certificate in Investigation Skills.
  • Global Certifications: Former Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certificate in Executive Protection (USA).
  • Security & Risk Qualifications: Level IV Certificate in Security Operations (Australia) and a Diploma of Security and Risk Management (Australia).
  • National Recognition: NZQA National Certificate in Security (Level IV). 

Career Highlights

Following his service as a first responder, Dion transitioned to corporate security management, leading a frontline team of over 300 personnel for a major international security firm. A pivotal assignment protecting a prominent high-net-worth individual facing serious threats of violence sparked his lifelong specialization in executive care and personal protection. Dion and his close associates bring global operational experience from some of the world's most volatile regions, including the Middle East and Asia. Notably, in 1996, Dion personally managed the security for a New Zealand national sports team touring South Africa.

Community Service 

Dion is a decorated professional, holding the New Zealand Defence Forces Service Medal, the St John Service Medal, and the Wellington Free Ambulance Long Service Award. He remains heavily active in community care as a GoodSAM first responder, a PTSD counsellor, and a St John community CPR educator.
